He was with SGS Horizon, a Swiss energy consultancy based in the Netherlands, before relocating to join Sahara Group, a leading indigenous energy company as the Lead Reservoir Engineer in Lagos, Nigeria. After a brief stint with Sahara Group, he joined Abu Dhabi government energy giant, ADNOC, as a senior Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil Technology center, Abu Dhabi, where he played a key role in Advanced Numerical Modeling and Simulation, technology development, leadership and technical mentoring. He was a committee member of CAMS (Competency Assurance Matrix System), the Abu Dhabi government's youth development and mentorship program for young Emirati professionals, and has won several awards and recognition for project stewardship, mentorship and high value creation.

Chukwudi has huge experience in research and technology development and has made several technical publications and conference presentations on various energy industry topics in conferences across the globe.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Geological Sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria, a master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands, and a certification in Advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
